Your body may have difficulty releasing all of its toxins and in turn become autointoxinated, or poisoned by its own toxin. Using water to cleanse the inside of the body can relieve many aches and other ailments. A colonic hydrotherapy or colonic irrigation will cleanse your colema and liver to help release the built up toxins in your body. A colema is a combination of these two procedures, and with a colema boards, you can perform the technique in the comfort of your own home. Spread out the items from colema boards kit. You will have the colema, a syringe, a length of plastic tubing with a weight on one end, a three inch surgical tube and a few disposable tips. Raise your toilet lid and seat. Place a chair facing the toilet and lay your colema boards across the chair and toilet so the domed end is over the toilet. Lay towel on the flat side of the colema boards and prop a pillow against the back of the chair. Place the bucket on a flat surface at least two feet above the toilet, such as your counter top. Fill the bucket with two to five gallons of lukewarm water, at body temperature. The water should be filtered or distilled so it does not contain any chemicals. Some people use salt water or coffee cleanses the colema because they are thought to clean the body out more thoroughly. Add two tablespoons of sea or Epsom salt per one gallon of water for the salt water cleanses, or boil two tablespoons of regular, organic coffee per one quart of water for the coffee cleanse. Allow the coffee to cool to body temperature before using it to clean the colema. Uncoil the water line and place the weighted end into the bottom of the bucket. Making sure the water line is not tangled. Place the plastic tip side through the hole in the back of the domed side of the colema boards. Put the 3 inch pieces of surgical tubing over the plastic tip of the water line. Lay face up on the colema boards with your head on the pillow and scoot your bottom towards the disposable tip. Slowly insert about two inches of the tip into your rectum Allow all the water to flow through your body. If you feel like you need to relieve yourself, turn the water off and wait to see the feeling passes. Once you feel better you can continue. Try to use all the water so it reaches the entire length of the colema boards. Remove the colema boards from the toilet when you have used all the water. Sit on the toilet and eliminate the waste. Once you have fully eliminated, you will be able to go about your daily activities normal. Colema is use to clean the lower colon to relieve constipation, and detoxify and cleanse the body.
