This can be found in whole grains, Brewer's yeast, liver, egg yolks, milk and rice. To keep the hair follicles healthy, Insitol is a significant hair vitamin. You will get it in whole grains, liver, Brewer’s yeast, and citrus fruits. Niacin (Vitamin B3) is necessary for scalp blood circulation. This is found in wheat germ, brewer's yeast, chicken, turkey, fish, and meat. Pantothenic Acid or vitamin B5 protects from graying of hair or hair loss. Food rich in this vitamin are Brewer's yeast, whole grain cereals, egg yolks and organ meats. Vitamin B6 is essential to stop the loss of hair and create melanin that maintains the hair color. It is found in brewer's yeast, liver, vegetables, whole grain cereals, egg yolk and organ meats. Vitamin B12 is needed to prevent hair loss. Foods that are rich in this vitamin are chicken, eggs, fish and milk. If you are eating foods that are rich in these hair vitamins, you will see the result in a month. The hair takes about a month to absorb the hair vitamins. If you are intending to take vitamin tablets for your hair, consult your doctor.
